Client Assessment after qualifications, fit is often the most important aspect of an applicant’s suitability. HSN will get to know your company’s need and culture, and your industry’s purpose and pace ensuring recommended candidates are capable and suitable. This phase is a key factor in reducing the applicant to prospect screening ratio, enabling efficient recommendation. |

Applicant Prequalification once your company’s need has been clearly established, we will begin screening viable applicants by reviewing their qualifications, experience, attitude, and suitability. |

Prospect Evaluation from our “qualified and suitable” list, we will begin appraising prospects through testing, interviews, and evaluations. Out of this group we will create a recommendation report of 3-4 suitable candidates, or as many has been agreed upon. |

Candidate Recommendation we will rank the candidates based on their qualifications, attitude, and suitability, keeping keenly in mind what we would want in an employee by not looking only at what they have done, but what they will do, and who they will be for your company. This report will also include a brief summary of key factors for each candidate uncovered throughout the process.
